This 9-second S550 was modified by Elite Performance, equipped with a setup that revolves around a gen 2 5.0L Coyote, which was topped with a 2.9L Whipple supercharger (utilizes a Whipple 10-rib pulley system). The fuel system was upgraded to a Fore Innovations dual pump return style system, running full E85. As for the drivetrain, the Coyote was bolted to a built 6R80 6-speed automatic transmission with Exedy 1000hp clutches and a Circle D 3200 torque converter, followed by an aluminum driveshaft, and Ford Racing 2000hp rear axles. Further equipped with upgraded OPG’s/crank sprocket, ATI super damper, nitrous system (10Ib bottle on 50hp wet shot), Stainless Works headers, MBRP custom exhaust, 6R80 stager, Viking double adjustable shocks, BMR components, and more. Tuning was handled at Elite Performance as well with an output of 1057whp, and a 9.5 second pass in the 1/4-mile at Bandimere.
