This race-ready C7Z features a well documented build that was spec’d, built, and tuned by SS LSX Tuning & Performance. Powered by a relatively fresh LT-based stroker engine (approximately 1K miles since completion) that’s topped with a Magnuson TVS2650 supercharger, and linked to a Tremec TR-6070 7-speed manual transmission. Diving deeper into the engine build, the bottom end begins with the engine block, which was professionally machined and fitted with a Callies Magnum forged crankshaft, Boostline forged rods, and Wiseco forged pistons, all balanced. The top end features a pair of PRC CNC LT4 heads and a BTR camshaft with all supporting valvetrain upgrades. As for the fuel system, a Holley Terminator X unit controls supplemental port injection, followed by a set of 80Ib Siemens Deka injectors, DSX flex fuel kit, DSX auxiliary fuel pump, DeatschWerks 350 pump, and 8AN fuel system upgrades. The car was built for roll racing/high-speed street performance, so the factory transmission was paired with a Monster triple disc clutch to support the power level, while retaining the stock rear differential/axles/transaxle configuration. Additional modifications include a Mighty Mouse catch can, AFCO heat exchanger, MGW short throw shifter, TooHighPsi billet supercharger lid, TooHighPsi Vindicator 2-port injection plate, Griptec 80mm upper/DSX lower pulley combination, and much more. This setup yielded 1091whp/922wtq on a Dynojet after tuning was finalized, dyno sheets will be included. The car was recently inspected, there are no warning lights or known mechanical issues, the inspection report is available for review.
